Returns & Cancellations Policy – RoysPerfection

At RoysPerfection, we take pride in delivering high-quality, perishable products. As such, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are dedicated to resolving the matter to your satisfaction.

In the event of an issue with your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • Provide a photograph or video of the product (videos are preferred).

  • Send the photo or video, along with your order number, to roysperfection@hotmail.com.

Delays and Refunds:

  • We cannot issue refunds for orders delayed due to circumstances outside of our control. If this occurs, we will be happy to resend your order, though a refund will not be provided.

Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Please contact us at the provided email if you wish to cancel.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund.

4. Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your catering order. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours to avoid further charges.

We are not responsible for any food-related illnesses or injuries that may occur as a result of consuming our products. Customers assume full responsibility for their choices.

6. Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

 

7. Food Safety:
We follow strict food safety guidelines; however we recommend that all food is consumed within a reasonable time frame after purchased to ensure freshness and safety.


8. Customer Responsibility:
Once the food is being purchased and is in your position, we cannot be held liable for any issues arising from consumption or improper storage of the items bought.
